At Universal Medical Aesthetics Inc, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality skincare solutions, including our PepFactor Skin and PepFactor Scalp products. We understand that there may be instances where our products do not meet your expectations, and for these situations, we have developed a comprehensive return and cancellation policy in compliance with New York State law.

Our Assurance

Our return and cancellation policy is transparent and easily accessible to all our customers, in line with New York state regulations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we provide the option to return or cancel your order within 30 days of the purchase date.


Detailed Conditions for Return & Cancellation

1. Unopened and Unused Products: We accept returns for unopened and unused products within the 30-day period. These products must be returned in their original packaging. Please ensure you have your receipt or other proof of purchase to confirm that 30 days have not elapsed since your purchase.

2. Opened or Used Products: Due to health and safety considerations, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

3. Adverse Reactions: If you experience an adverse reaction to any product, please discontinue its use immediately and contact our customer service team. We will assist you in addressing the situation.

4. Delivery Issues: In the rare event that you do not receive your order, even if it was shown to be delivered by our courier services (FEDEX, US Post, or DHL), we acknowledge the possibility of "porch pirates" and will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on your preference, we may either resend the order or issue a refund.

5. Backorders: Given the high demand for our products, there may be instances where certain items are on backorder. This means that the product is not currently available for immediate shipment because it is either still in production or we need to manufacture more. Backorders are an indication that demand for our product outweighs our current supply. We will inform you at the time of purchase if an item is on backorder and provide an estimated delivery date. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

Procedure for Return & Cancellation

To initiate a return or cancellation, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return or cancellation. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Upon receipt of your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the product. If your return or cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Restocking Fee

Please be aware that returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. The exact amount of this fee will be clearly communicated to you at the time of the return.


If you encounter any issues with your refund or return, we encourage you to contact us directly. If we are unable to resolve your issue, you may file a complaint with the New York State Division of Consumer Protection.
